It is my job to make sure that no more terrorist attacks occur in the U.S. like 9-11, and I will do so to the best of my ability. U.S. Army marksmanship skills are qualified by three categories from lowest to highest: Marksman, Sharpshooter, and Expert. I am a qualified Expert with the M16A2 Rifle. The M16A2 Rifle is a magazine-fed, air-cooled, gas-operated, 5.56 calibre weapon. It can be fired in single-round semiautomatic or three-round burst mode, and has a point-target maximum effective range of 550 meters.
